Before going into fundamentals of life, I need to clear that who all are the audience to read this one. let me give few scenarios

If you are the one who is

  • facing problem in everything
  • plans for the day but couldn't execute
  • struggling in life for upgrading to next phase
  • difficult to earn money
  • not been recognized for your work
  • trying to overcome over thinking
  • lacking self confident and so on…..

So the audience is everyone, every single person who is starving to achieve something.

Forming the base, from which everything else develops

Lets discus the ingredients that are needed for recipe of LIFE

The Ingredients are quite simpler but complicated the way it works. Energy, Frequency and Vibration are the ingredients. you may wonder how, here's the explanation

Vibration gives Energy, the rate of vibration is Frequency

Hence Energy, Frequency and Vibration forms the base of Life from which everything is been decoded.

We all vibrate energetically at a particular frequency.

  • The lower the frequency, the denser your energy, and the heavier your problems seem.
  • The higher the frequency of your energy or vibration, the lighter you feel in your physical, emotional, and mental bodies

whether you get out of bed at 3 AM or 5AM, it’s the first 20 minutes of your day that can set you up for success.

The brain produces electrical patterns, often referred to as waves. Scientists have found a correlation between the frequency of brain waves and the body’s state. When you first awake, your brain operates at around 10.5 waves per second. The range from 8 to 13 Hz, or cycles per second, is the alpha stage. It’s been called the gateway to the subconscious mind.

The conscious mind contains all of the thoughts, memories, feelings, and wishes of which we are aware at any given moment. The subconscious mind is the part of your mind that can influence you or affect your behavior even though you are not aware of it.

The subconscious mind plays a vital role in Life. It does not think or reason independently; it merely obeys the commands it receives from your conscious mind. Just as your conscious mind can be thought of as the gardener, planting seeds, your subconscious mind can be thought of as the garden, or fertile soil, in which the seeds germinate and grow. The theory of Law of Attractions as fertilizers for the better growth of plant. That’s why its insisted always that your thoughts, speech and actions need to be positive.

So the First 20 minutes after waking up in morning makes the whole day. These are the thing we should do as it influence the fundamentals

  1. Meditation & Yoga
  2. Positive affirmation based on Law of Attraction
  3. positive self-talk
  4. Exercise
  5. Reading books (Self development, journals etc.)

Does doing these things in the morning is enough ?

well the answer is, These things in the morning will start a day but need to take care of our thoughts and actions for the rest of the day too till you got to bed.

You need to take care of your positive energy . Here are few ways for bringing in positive energy Enjoy Nature, Surround yourself with optimistic and like minded people, stay in moment, watch motivational video or listen motivational podcast.
