How to get out of the Comfort Zone ?

The Comfort Zone is a environment or surroundings in which a person feels safe in psychological aspect.

When any one comes out of the comfort zone Life begins from that moment.

1. TAKE THE FIRST STEP

To take the first step all u need is a initiative. It will be problematic in the beginning later you will be satisfied.The first day is what you need to be consistent and concentrated in what you are doing. Take the initial step with confidence and faith which will change to your favor soon.

2. PUT YOURSELF IN A NEW ENVIRONMENT

Try for putting you in a new or different environment , but don't take Risks. The need for this step is to know how to control or please yourself from things happening around you.

3. DON’T PICK THE SAFE CHOICE

Always don’t prefer the safer side while choosing . The more you struggle the more u learn. The decision which is challenging will help you to grow and achieve your goal soon.

4.THINK OUT OF THE BOX

Out of the box thinking is not a tedious task. To think out of the box it only requires creative thinking and imaginary skill to see a big-picture. Thinking out of the box is something like doing Smart work instead of Hard work.

5. MAKE A QUICK DECISION

It doesn't need to be a complicated one. Take decision which differs from others without over Thinking the consequences.

The second when we start to over Think anything , we start to fail miserably.

5. CONSIDER OTHERS POINT OF VIEW

Before taking a decision there are some points to be noted. The important one is getting suggestions from others. We need to consider others point of view before taking any decision because everyone think in a unique way and its also called as Team Work.

6.SAY ”YES” ALL THE TIME

Try to say YES more often except when u find you are not prepared or ready for that. Try to say YES for the things which you can do by keeping the fear aside. It immense your confidence and professionalism to a extent by creating new opportunities.

7.DO WHAT YOU ARE AFRAID OF

Initially it will be difficult to do the things which make you afraid. Challenge yourself to do that task , initially you may fail but at a certain point you will succeed where your confidence level will increase. Till that success comes try again and again without losing the hope.

8. CREATE CHALLENGES FOR YOURSELF

Frame your life such that daily face a new problem and solve it in a different manner by correcting the mistakes in previous solutions. Push yourself to immense problems thinking “The Stone which is hammered at the right time by sirpi is worshiped as god after a particular time” whereas “The stone which is hammered little is made as steps to enter the temple which is hardships daily because of many reasons”.

9. TOMORROW IS ALWAYS A NEW DAY

It’s very common that a normal human being will think and fell of the failures and bad incidents. It only kills time if u over think or u keep on worrying more about that. Instead of that do the work productively by learning lessons from your mistakes.

10. NEVER GIVE UP

It may me be any situation but you don’t think of quieting and giving up at any circumstance. You will face many problems , troubles and hardships but the only thing is until u achieve your goal don’t quit.

“If you are tired learn to take rest, but don’t quit at any cause.”
